Welcome to the Gatehouse Cabin (as in "heaven's gate"), a completely modern, moderately priced, energy-friendly, luxury waterfront cabin on the shores of Resurrection Bay on Lowell Point, 3 miles south of Seward Alaska.  This spectacular cabin sits as close to the water as is possible and will make you think you are in a house boat at high tide!  It will accommodate up to 1 or 2 guests. It has a queen bed, private bath with shower, and kitchenette.  It is also completely handicap accessible and is the only wheelchair accessible waterfront cabin in Seward! Open ALMOST Year Round!

Gatehouse Cabin

From inside the views of the bay & mountains are spectacular. Commonly seen wildlife includes eagles, otters, sea lions, and even whales!  The sea birds and ducks swim right by your windows at high tide!
