The Wing Cabin is a beautiful waterfront cabin, middle in size with a small breakfast nook, and comes complete with everything you need for a very comfortable stay, including a well supplied kitchenette; this cabin is exceptionally clean and very reasonably priced! We strive to keep our rates as low as possible. The longer your stay, the better your rate; we encourage travelers to "GO GREEN!" by staying at least 3 nights, which in addition to being environmentally friendly, will also give you a chance to relax. We are OPEN YEAR ROUND and offer 5 rate seasons. Looking for an even greater bargain? minimum advance booking requirements apply during Summer Season and YEAR ROUND on Weekends.
1 night stays during Summer season and on Weekends, are only available
under certain circumstances; please contact us for further information. All
cabins and rooms are also allergy-friendly & pet-free, except the
View Nest which is our one pet-friendly unit (Late Fall/Winter of 2011) Our Summer House is NOT allergy friendly; we have 3 dogs, only one of which is hypo-allergenic!

For single room reservations May through September, a
50% deposit is required with valid Visa or MasterCard at the time of
booking, or processed the first week of January of the year in which
they occur, whichever comes later. The balance is due upon arrival. 1
night stays and reservations totaling $300 or less are processed in full
48 hours after booking is made (or in January if applicable). To take advantage of the Cash 5% discount, the following must apply: To take advantage
of the 5% discount on the full amount of your reservation, your
reservation must have been made 90 days or more in advance of arrival.
Last minute bookings also have an option, see below. For Reservations made more than 60 days in advance, we will ask for a valid Visa or MasterCard to hold the reservation. You have the option of either prepaying the entire reservation with personal check or money order, or paying 50% deposit with personal check or money order with the balance due upon arrival in CASH. If the balance due is then placed on a credit card, the higher rate will apply on the remaining amount. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival, but more than 30 days in advance,
have the option of saving the 5% on the 2nd half of the reservation,
but because of the timing, the deposit will require credit card payment,
unless special arrangements are made. For Reservations made within 30 days of arrival, we will pre-authorize a valid Visa or MasterCard to secure the reservation. Your balance due will be payable upon arrival in CASH, or you may leave the charge on the credit card at the higher rate. GROUP BOOKINGS and MULTIPLE ROOM RESERVATIONS HAVE SPECIAL BOOKING POLICIES, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR DETAILS. |

There are so many things to do in Seward, Alaska and the surrounding area, from simple wildlife watching and hiking to boat tours into the Kenai Fjords National Park to see glaciers and wildlife, that we encourage you to stay at least 3 nights so that you can take advantage of the numerous activities that make Seward such a special place to visit. The mountains surrounding Resurrection Bay provide spectacular scenery and they are alive with wildlife, as is the bay itself. The wildlife of the area includes bald eagles, bear (both black and brown), mountain goats, dall sheep, sea lions, dall porpoise, harbor seal, sea otters, humpback whales, sea birds & ducks too numerous to list! Seward itself is a charming town with two distinct areas of enjoyment. Downtown Seward offers a number of special businesses. The Seward Small Boat Harbor is a delightful place to walk around on a nice day (with an ice cream cone from the Harbor Creamery, if you like!), and the Alaska SeaLife Center and Seward Museum, or any of several coffee shops, are perfect places to spend a rainy afternoon. Since all of our waterfront lodging accommodations (cabins, view rooms) have kitchenettes, you won't have to eat all your meals out, but when you want to, there are a number of excellent restaurants in Seward Alaska. If you've never stayed in a small "ma & pa" accommodation, or if you normally stay in a hotel or motel, or bed and breakfast, you'll want to come stay with us and experience something special! We'd love to have you as our guests; we'll do everything we can to make sure you have a comfortable stay!
